Safety Mats

Euchner has partnered with ASO- Safety to provide safety contact mats. Safety mats are used to safeguard industrial process and production employees and machinery. Stepping on the mat sends an immediate signal to the safety relay to stop the equipment in order to prevent hazardous movement of the production equipment. The ASO-Safety contact mats have an electronic switch on the surface which has been encased in rubber to prevent any moisture from interfering. This design of the mat creates a rugged surface to stand up in the most demanding of applications.  The mats are textured so to help prevent any slipping of an operator.  ASO can offer a Metal (aluminum or stainless steel) surface upon request. ASO Safety Solutions can create just about any size or shape for the application. They also offer various colors upon request. If your application has various safety zones, ASO can protect several safety switch areas with one mat. ASO includes the ramp edges in their standard mat to make for an economical choice.
