Littelfuse MRO Program

Littelfuse has been a leader in the manufacture of fuses for many years. They have developed many new products by listening to their customers and acting non what they heard. Fuse blocks that take up a smaller amount of Din Rail is an example. Recently they instigated a new program called their Material Reduction Opportunity Program or simply the MRO Program. In this program they will take all the fuse part numbers in the customer’s inventory and analyze them. Most of the time the results show that there is many duplicated fuses and types in the inventory. A vast reduction of stock results in real savings to the customer.
