If traceability is critical, ‘most of the time’ isn’t enough. ISE designs and validates bar code and ID systems end‑to‑end: substrate and mark type, label specs, print contrast, code size, and placement. We configure fixed‑mount imagers and tune decoders for your part geometry and speed. Then we test with your actual samples in our lab and document the results. We work with 1D, 2D, and DPM codes—configuring optics, lighting, and filters for reflective metals, low contrast labels, or tight clearances. For harsh environments, we specify materials and protective housings that survive washdown and oil. When the system ships, your operators won’t be ‘babysitting’ the read—your MES/WMS just gets clean data.
